We try to please everyone, but it is not always possible in the real world as customers, and we can make mistakes and oversights.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order for an exchange or refund.
Please note:
These Princess dresses are custom made by order; there will be no refund or exchange for these custom made dresses.
Option One:
Exchange.
You can order your new item from our site at www.rainbowhawaii.com and, in the meantime, send back the other item(s) for a
refund with a written note that you are doing an exchange and that you have already reordered your replacement from our website. When we received the returned item(s), we will credit your card for the purchase price less the shipping cost.
There is no restocking fee doing an exchange /refund, but items must be returned within 30 days from the time you receive the order.

Option Two:
Request a refund.
You can request a refund of the purchase price if requested within 30 days, less shipping.
To get a refund:
Send back the items postpaid within 30 days with a note requesting a credit
back to your credit card, or a check will be sent for orders originally paid by check or money order. Include your accredited order number for us to pull up your order information to be credited without delay. This number is found in the upper left comer of your invoice.

?Please note you may not see the credit posted on your credit card statement right away as your credit card issuing bank may take from 1-3 weeks to process the credit to show on your statement.
*For both options, products returned must not be used aside from being tried on for fit proper fit.
Used items that we determine from food, drink, party stains, ring around the collar, and signs of
laundering are not refundable and will be returned to you as this is only fair.
Defective or item you did not order
We carefully check every order before it is packed and shipped.
If you receive a defective product or item(s) not listed on your order, please email us within 5 business days.
We can correct this by sending you a SASE (pre-paid mailing envelope) to return the item. Once we get back your return, we will then send you the replacement.
Broken Items from shipping:
If the item is damaged in shipping, please let us know within five business days as this will allow us to claim damage from the shipper. If you do not let us know if anything is wrong within five business days, then we cannot accept your claim after this time. No exceptions.
