Shirts we want to give you good service and offer products at good prices.
We also try to get your order out to you as fast as possible.
We try to please everyone but it is not always possible in the real
world as both we and customers can make mistakes and oversights.
If you have a problem with your order we can do one of two options to
help correct this.
There is no restocking fee doing an exchange /refund but items must be returned within 30 days from the time you receive the order.
* Please note:
The Princess dresses are special custom, there will be no refund or exchange for these custom made dresses.
Option One: Do a exchange.
You can order your new item from our site at:
www.rainbowhawaii.com and in the meantime send back the other item(s) for a
refund with a written note that you are doing an exchange and that you have already reordered your replacement on-line from our website. When we received the returned item(s) we will credit back your card for the purchase price less the shipping cost.
Items must be returned within 30 days from the time you receive the order.
* Shipping charge not refundable.
Option Two: Request a refund.
You can request a refund of the purchase price if requested within 30 days less shipping.
After 30 days we may consider a request on a case by case basis and if granted there will be a 20% restocking fee.
To get a refund:
Send back the items postpaid within 30 days with a note requesting a credit
back to your credit card or a check will be sent for orders originally paid by check or money order. Include your accredited order number for us to pull up your order information to be credited without delay. This number is found in the upper left comer of your invoice.
Items returned must not be used (other than checking for fit) or be damaged.
Please note you may not see the credit posted on your credit card statement right away as your credit card issuing bank may take from 1-3 weeks to process the credit to show on your statement.
Defective or item you did not order
We carefully check every order before it is packed and shipped.
If you receive a defective product or item(s) not listed on your order please email us with in 5 business days.
We can correct this by sending you a SASE (pre-paid mailing envelope) for you to return the item. Once we get back your return we will then send you the replacement.
Broken Items from shipping:
If the item is damaged in shipping please let us know within 5 business days as this will allow us to claim damage from the shipper. If you do not let us know if anything is wrong within 5 business days then we cannot accept your claim after this time. No exceptions.
