What is covered: If the buyer claims a defect of these sandals within 120 days of purchase, the seller will replace with a new pair of the same size, color, and ship to address of original order postage paid.

How to make a claim: Buyer must provide Amazon order ID to verify purchase

from Rainbow Hawaiian Products. Must inform seller by Amazon seller contact email within 90 days

of purchase date. Seller will then return email with a prepaid shipping

label attachment. Buyer will then print out return label, attach to a plastic shipping bag or equivalent

package sandals came in and clear tape secure to mail return to seller. Give the package to USPS mail carrier. When Rainbow Hawaiian Products receives the return, it will be inspected to verify for claimed defect and a new replacement will be sent to buyer postage paid. Normal wear and tear will not be considered a defect. There is a limit of one claim per order ID.
