How to Order:
#ONE:The best and fastest way is On-Line through this website with your credit card.
To finding your way around the website is easy.
From the front page just click on a section you are interested in and you will be taken to that section.
Next scroll down to where you see a "link" to enter and view the selections available, note your mouse pointer will change whenever it goes over a "link".
You can also use your browsers back button found in the upper left corner to go back to the last page you were on.
On top of the selections of each section are the order entry option drop down boxes to enter the item, size and color if applicable.
Next click on "Add to Cart", you will be taken into a secure order form where you will see your selection (the picture on the order form will not update however, this is normal).
To add more items click on "continue shopping" which will take you back into the website section you were in. Continue this process until you have all the items you want.
When you are ready to check out click on "update quantity" then click on "check out", the order form will then ask for your shipping address and a credit card number to process. Fill out the information it asks for. Rest assured your credit card information and personal information is very secure and confidential as Yahoo stores such as this one uses the best SSL security in the industry.
When the order is placed you will get an email confirmation that the order did go through.

#TWO:FAX or email in your order. Include your name, shipping address, items and quantity you want. Select a shipping method; Express or Priority Mail from the U.S. Postal Service. (see rate list below for charges)
Include your phone number so we can call you for your credit card information and to answer questions for both of us to finalize the order.
#THREE:Mail in. Write out your order on your own paper with all the above information asked for in #TWO and mail to us with
check or money order. Be sure to include your phone number and email in case we have a question.
We reserve the right to refuse to process any order we suspect the credit card used
as not authorized by the credit card owner. From time to time we may also request your credit card issuing banks phone number to verify information. This is for the card holders protection.

RETURN POLICY
We try to please everyone but it is not always possible in the real world as both we and
customers can make
mistakes and oversights.
If you have a problem with your order we can do one of two options to help correct this.
Option One: Do a exchange.
You can order your new item from our site at:
www.rainbowhawaii.com and in the meantime send back the other item(s) for a
refund with a written note that you are doing an exchange and that you have already reordered your replacement on-line from our website. When we received the returned item(s) we will credit back your card for the purchase price less the shipping cost.
There is no restocking fee doing an exchange but items must be returned within 30 days from the time you receive the order.
* Shipping charge not refundable.
Option Two: Request a refund.
You can request a refund of the purchase price if requested within 30 days less shipping.
To get a refund:
Send back the items postpaid within 30 days with a note requesting a credit
back to your credit card or a check will be sent for orders originally paid by check or money order. Include your accredited order number for us to pull up your order information to be credited without delay. This number is found in the upper left comer of your invoice.
Items returned must not be used (other than checking for fit) or be damaged.
Shipping charge not refundable.
Please note you may not see the credit posted on your credit card statement right away as your credit card issuing bank may take from 1-3 weeks to process the credit to show on your statement.
You can call your bank to confirm we did this if you need to know before your card statement shows the credit.
Postage/shipping fee is not
refundable.
For both options we require that the products be returned
postage paid, undamaged, clean & in new condition.
Please note it is important that you provide your correct shipping address with your order since we may ship by FedEx. FedEx charges a $10.00 service fee if you give a wrong address and this will be charged to your card. Please double check your shipping address is correct.
Defective or Wrong Items Received
We carefully check every order before it is packed and shipped.
If you receive a defective product or the wrong item(s) not listed on your order form please email us with in 30 days.
We will correct this by sending you a SASE (pre-paid mailing envelope) to return the item. Once we get back your return we will then send ship you a replacement.

Speed of Delivery and Shipping Charges inside the United States.
Two factors combine to determine how fast you get your order.
The first factor
is the time we need to process
your order.
What is processing and why does some orders take more time than others?
Most of our apparel sells out quickly and we are always in the process of replacing inventory. At times some items sell out faster than we can make them and we will not be able to ship some orders until the inventory level comes up to fill waiting orders. Other times a popular fabric print may be temporarily unavailable from the fabric manufacture and can delay a making of a order.
Since we do not have a inventory updating feature on this website please let us know if you have a deadline when you must have your order by placing a note on the order form comment box.
If we determine we can not make your deadline we will email you to let you know and ask if you need to cancel.
If you do not mention a deadline we will ship as the processing is done and will only email you if the processing will be more than two weeks.
Please note also that your credit card will be automatically charged when the order is placed.
Thesecond factor
is the shipping option you
select.
Priority Mail
is the most popular
and economical and usually takes six days from the day it is shipped but day of delivery is not guaranteed as we have no control over the USPS.
Express Mail
shipping time is faster costs more and usually takes two to three days from the time it is shipped from Hawaii.
A signature will be required by someone at the ship to address in order for your package to be delivered.
At times we may upgrade your shipping service to FedEx at no extra charge. Because of this if you have a P.O. Box address please make arrangements and provide us another shipping address as FedEx will not deliver to a P.O. Box.
Federal Express
FedEx is a reliable carrier known for their speed and on time delivery. Since Hawaii is almost one day behind the U.S. mainland there is no overnight service from Hawaii to the central and east coast of the USA. FedEx orders will usuall take two days to deliver starting at the time your order is packed and given to FedEx.
FedEx will not deliver to a P.O. Box address or deliver on weekends and holidays. Someone will also need to sign for the package for it to be delivered.
Although the USPS and FedEx are dependable we do not guarantee how long it will take to ship as we have no control over the United States Postal Service or FedEx.*
In general the West coast will take less time than the East coast to deliver your order. These times will vary depending on current conditions within the U.S. Postal Service.*
Please be aware that on occasion delayed airline flights, bad weather, or some other unexpected condition within the U.S. Postal Service can slow down regular mail delivery.
Because of possible shipping delays that will happen on occasion with the USPS or FedEx and unexpected delays in making your order we do not guarantee day of delivery. However the vast majority of our orders are processed and delivered faster than most customers expected.
Do you have a deadline?
If you have a deadline when you must have your order please let us know by writing a note on the online order form comment box. Our goal is to get your package to you as fast as possible. On a rare occasion it may take us a few more days passed your deadline. If this is the case please let us know if you still want the order shipped or to cancel?
A automatic email sends you the tracking number of your package the day after it enters the Postal Service so you can monitor the progress of the shipment.

When you select USPS Priority Mail shipping option with your order and your subtotal is $100.00 or more we will Upgrade it to FedEx 2nd day service.
If you select the FedEx or Express mail shipping option for your order we will upgrade to FedEx Standard Priority.
You get a faster shipping time plus FedEx easy to track features. You benefit as we pick up the higher cost difference to ship by FedEx. (not applicable to P.O. Box, APO, APE, Alaska, Hawaii and International addresses).
