Option One: Do an Exchange. Send back the items postage paid within 30 days with a note in the package telling us you want to exchange this item from our available selections. In the note give us your name, address, and accredited order number given on the invoice you received. It is found on the upper left corner of the invoice. The accredited number is used to quickly find your record so we can process your exchange as soon as possible when your return gets back to us. When we receive the returned item(s) we will ship your new order. If the new exchange item(s) cost more or less than the returned item(s) we will add or subtract the difference to your charge card. *If you are in a hurry you can order your new item from our site at: www.rainbowhawaii.com and in the meantime send back the other item(s) with a note that you are doing an exchange and that you have already reordered on-line. When we receive the returned item(s) we will credit back your card for the purchase price. *Shipping cost is not refundable. Option Two: Request a refund. You can do a refund within 30 days. To do a refund (credit back to your charge card) just send back the item(s) post paid with a note requesting a credit back to your credit card and include your accredited order number for us to pull up your order and see that you get credited correctly. Postage is not refundable. *For both options products returned must not be used aside from being tried on for fit proper fit. Used items that we determine from food, drink, party stains, ring around the collar, smoking smell, animal hair or/and signs of laundering are not refundable and will be returned to you as this is only fair.
